Sports Permission Slip 26-27 SY

Good Morning Red Bank Parents,

The start of the school year is just around the corner and that means sports will be starting soon for our 4th, 5th and 6th graders.  If your child is interested in joining a sports team this year please complete the attached permission slip today.  Students must have this permission slip completed in order to participate.  Fall sports begin on the first day of school.  Please select all sports that your child will participate in for the year.  Students participating in pep and cheer will also need a completed permission slip.
