Clovis Unified School District requires parents or guardians every year to review the address, contact phone numbers, emergency and health information for their student that is contained in Parent Connect and to review the district’s policies and procedures.
All parents/guardians MUST complete this mandatory process by August 12th. Teacher assignments will not be released until this process has been completed.
- If you are using a cell phone, please download the Q Parent Connection App available at the IOS app store or the Google Play Store
- Completion of the Annual Information Update is mandatory for all parents
If you need your Parent Connect login information, it can be emailed to you. From the
Parent Connection log in screen click on “Need Your Login Information?”
Enter your email (you must have an email on file) and select submit. The pin number and password will be emailed. For additional assistance click here for a quick help video.
Before attempting to fill out the forms online, it would be helpful to read the following information. You will also need important information like doctor’s phone numbers, insurance card, and needed medications.
