Socktober Sock Drive

This October, our Red Bank Student Leadership team is excited to launch "Socktober", a school-wide initiative running from October 1–29. "Socktober" is an opportunity for our school community to come together and make a difference by collecting new socks for those in need.
Socks are one of the most requested but least donated items in shelters, and through this effort, we can help meet a very real need in our community.
How it works:

  • Collection crates will be placed in each classroom.
  • Leadership students will collect donations weekly.
  • We are asking families and staff to donate new socks in all sizes (children, teens, and adults).
  • All socks will be distributed to those in need through Kuppa Cares, an outreach program sponsored by Kuppa Joy.
We’d love your support in encouraging students to participate and helping spread the word to families. Together, we can show that even small acts like donating a pair of socks can make a big impact.
Thank you for your help in making this initiative a great success!
