Meet the new GIS for 2018-19 

Introducing Brooke Jackson
 


We are excited to announce Brooke Jackson as our new GIS for the 2018-19 school year. Brooke joins the Red Bank family after 8 years as an 8th grade science teacher at Kastner Intermediate. In her tenure at Kastner, Brooke was the head Cross Country and Track and Field coach, as well an assistant to the girls soccer program. For the last 6 years, Brooke has been the department chair for the Science department and has also spent the last 5 years on the Clovis Unified 8th grade science curriculum design team.

Brooke is a product of Clovis Unified and its family atmosphere. Her mother (Cheryl) spent 30+ years as an elementary teacher at Fort Washington and Miramonte and her dad spent 3 years coaching in the Clovis West girls basketball program. Brooke grew up in the Clovis West area, attending Fort Washington Elementary, Kastner and graduating from Clovis West. She received her Bachelor’s from San Diego State and her teaching credential and Masters Degree from Fresno State.

On a personal level, Brooke has been married to her husband, Jeff for 4 years and they have a new baby girl, Ryann, who was born in February. Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and running/exercising in her spare time.
